Clashes broke out between protesters and police at Hong Kong’s Prince Edward station, Saturday, August 31, in the 13th consecutive weekend of anti-government and anti-police demonstrations.
Police were seen hitting passengers with their batons, spraying pepper spray and pointing rubber pellet guns toward demonstrators on the subway.
A number of protesters were arrested and escorted off the station platform by police. (AP)
